How Your Set Is Packed:
To guarantee complete sets and protect your items during transit, packaging may vary by item.

  • Standard: Most sets are shipped completely sealed inside their original plastic Gashapon capsules.
  • Flat-Packed: In select cases (such as damaged external capsules or to minimize parcel size for lower shipping costs), capsules may be removed.
  • Special Requests: If it is essential to your collecting experience that your items arrive inside their original plastic capsules, please leave a note at checkout or send us a message. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request based on available stock.
  • Guaranteed: Regardless of the outer plastic shell, all figures are 100% brand new, unbuilt, pristine, and include their original mini-booklets (if applicable).

🔋 Soft PVC & Batteries

  • Some model kits may contain soft PVC parts. If any parts appear slightly bent out of the box due to tight packaging, simply dip them in warm water to soften the plastic and reshape them. This is a normal feature of PVC parts.
  • 💡 Important LED & Battery Note: While select kits (such as MS Mechanical Bust sets) may include factory test cell batteries from Bandai, we cannot guarantee current battery life or charge levels. If the included batteries are depleted, replacement batteries must be sourced at the customer's own expense.
