Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. For model kits, this means:

  • All parts must remain attached to their original plastic frames (sprues).

  • Factory-sealed internal plastic bags must remain unopened.

  • The item must be unassembled and unused, with all decals, instructions, and accessories included in the original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. We strongly recommend checking the parts against the instruction manual while they are still inside their sealed clear bags. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we cannot offer replacements or "change of mind" returns for parts that have been damaged or broken during the detachment or assembly process.

Note on Soft PVC Parts: Some kits contain parts made of soft PVC. Due to the way these items are packaged, these parts may occasionally arrive slightly bent or warped. This is a standard characteristic of the material and is not considered a manufacturing defect. These parts can be easily returned to their original shape by briefly submerging them in warm water, adjusting the shape, and allowing them to cool.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Additionally, we cannot accept "change of mind" returns for model kits where the internal factory seals have been broken or parts have been removed from the frames. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, to receive a full refund, the item must be in its original, unassembled condition with all parts on the frames. If the value of the goods is diminished by handling (e.g., parts removed from frames), we reserve the right to deduct this loss in value from your refund.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that minor warping of PVC parts that can be corrected with standard hobby techniques (such as the warm water method) does not constitute a defect and will not be eligible for a "faulty" return.
