Cancellation policy

Pre-Order & Back-Order Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a pre-order or back-order item, you are reserving a product that is not yet in our physical inventory. As outlined in our Shipping Policy, these items are often imported and can take up to 10 weeks to arrive at our UK warehouse.

1. Payment Terms
To secure your allocation with our suppliers, we collect 100% of the payment at the time of checkout. Your payment details are processed securely, and your item is guaranteed upon arrival.

2. Cancelling Before Dispatch
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your pre-order or back-order at any time before the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel an unfulfilled order, please contact us immediately at info@gunplacapsule.uk with your order number. We will issue a full refund (including any shipping charges paid) to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation request.

3. Cancelling After Dispatch
Once your order has been packed and handed over to Royal Mail (or our designated courier), we can no longer cancel the order in our system.

However, your statutory rights remain fully protected. Once the item is delivered to you, you have 14 days to decide if you wish to keep it. If you choose to return it, the item must remain unbuilt, with all runners sealed in their original plastic packaging.
